About Me
For nearly two decades, I worked behind the scenes in Atlanta’s music and entertainment industry as a songwriter and then helping artists, executives, and creative professionals perform at their highest level as a music pubisher, manager and owner of Icon Studios ATL.
That experience taught me two important things: the nuances of working with celebrities and high-end individuals, and that talent and ambition can take you far, but your body eventually keeps the score.
My transition into massage therapy was not as far removed from music as it might seem. Both are built around timing, trust, intuition, human connection, and creating an experience people remember. I discovered that I had a natural ability to understand what the body was communicating, identify where stress was being held, and help people feel better without making the experience feel clinical, rushed, or impersonal.
Today, through Rolling Stone Elite Massage & Wellness, I provide thoughtful, personalized bodywork for people who place serious demands on themselves, especially driven women in business, sports, entertainment, and leadership.
My practice has a primary focus on women because their wellness needs are often influenced by a unique combination of physical workload, hormonal changes, stress, emotional labor, safety concerns, and the pressure to continue performing even when their bodies are asking for rest. Every session is approached with clear communication, professional boundaries, informed consent, and careful attention to what makes each client feel safe, seen, and heard.
Men are always welcome. My focus on women is a specialization, not an exclusion.
Whether you need relief from tension, improved mobility, recovery after training, or simply a quiet place to reset, my goal is to provide more than a routine massage. I want you to leave feeling restored, respected, and better prepared for everything your life requires of you.
